Freestyle has been providing Primary Schools in the local area with reliable and specialist PE and sports provision for over 13 years. Over this period we have carefully built a team of leaders with expertise in a diverse selection of services and activities to support the requirements of each and every school. We are committed to maximising the access children have to the quality delivery of both teacher and coach lead physical activities, whilst recognising the financial constraints placed upon schools as they strive to make a sustainable long term impact.
Uplift your staff’s confidence and competence in the delivery of PE by implementing one of our tailored CPD packages. From 1 to 1 support to training day workshops, we are able to identify the areas your staff require support through questionnaires and provide specialist guidance to make substantial improvements.
At Freestyle we offer a wide range of packages to support schools in their delivery of the PE national curriculum. Our experienced staff teach over 300 hours of curriculum time lessons per week. The lessons are all individually tailored to meet the specific needs of each school. Our elite behaviour management enables us to create a learning environment where by all children of all abilities are challenged to reach their full potential.

Target your least active children by engaging them during the school day into fun learning activities lead by qualified coaches. This service can be used to upskill lunch time supervisors whilst significantly reducing playground incidents through structured delivery.
Compete to learn, learn to compete. We arrange, manage and deliver tournaments in a variety of Sports and Arts throughout the academic year. Provide your children with a platform to execute their skills in a competitive environment. The tournaments are age specific and start as early as year 1.
