Supporting Schools to Make A Sustainable Impact

Sports Premium

Freestyle has been providing Primary Schools in the local area with reliable and specialist PE and sports provision for over 13 years. Over this period we have carefully built a team of leaders with expertise in a diverse selection of services and activities to support the requirements of each and every school. We are committed to maximising the access children have to the quality delivery of both teacher and coach lead physical activities, whilst recognising the financial constraints placed upon schools as they strive to make a sustainable long term impact.

Uplift your staff’s confidence and competence in the delivery of PE by implementing one of our tailored CPD packages. From 1 to 1 support to training day workshops, we are able to identify the areas your staff require support through questionnaires and provide specialist guidance to make substantial improvements.

PE Lessons

At Freestyle we offer a wide range of packages to support schools in their delivery of the PE national curriculum. Our experienced staff teach over 300 hours of curriculum time lessons per week. The lessons are all individually tailored to meet the specific needs of each school. Our elite behaviour management enables us to create a learning environment where by all children of all abilities are challenged to reach their full potential.

Why Freestyle?

"The Freestyle coaches provide high quality PE lessons to Years 1-6. This has proved to be a very successful use of their expertise and enriches the pupils’ experiences. The coaches work to our school planning and assessment requirements and follow schools ethos and protocols for holistic and individualised pastoral care”

Sonia Clews – Head Teacher – St Luke’s CEVA Primary School

Young Leaders

Challenge children to complete the ‘Freestyle Young Leaders Qualification’. This course provides children with the opportunity to develop skills and attributes which will help them to undertake leadership responsibilities. On completion, not only will they be able to demonstrate their attainment, they will also receive a certificate.

Target your least active children by engaging them during the school day into fun learning activities lead by qualified coaches. This service can be used to upskill lunch time supervisors whilst significantly reducing playground incidents through structured delivery.

And Competitions

Compete to learn, learn to compete. We arrange, manage and deliver tournaments in a variety of Sports and Arts throughout the academic year. Provide your children with a platform to execute their skills in a competitive environment. The tournaments are age specific and start as early as year 1.

Why Freestyle?

“What impresses me with Freestyle is their undoubted commitment to deliver quality fun learning sports activities. Freestyle consistently maintain outstanding participation. There is no doubt that children have and continue to greatly benefit from their coaching. We look forward to working with them for many years to come”

Joe Fulford – Deputy Head – Nicholas Hawksmoor Primary School

Diversify to inspire

Offer your children access to a wider range of exciting healthy activities lead by dynamic coaches to inspire higher levels of participation. With over 20 different Sports and Arts activities to select from ranging from Street Dance and Performing Arts to Football and Dodgeball, we have something to engage everyone.

Evidence the impact

We recognise the importance of measuring and evidencing the impact of the PE and Sports Premium. Freestyle operates an interactive register system collating evidence of all children attending activities and awards they have achieved, these records are shared with schools. We also use questionnaires to measure the impact our services have on both teachers and children.
